The application is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you have any trouble downloading it, email to: office@parapsychology.org and we will email you an application form or send you one via the post. Once you have obtained the form, fill it out, and return it to the Foundation by October 15th. To obtain an MS Word version of the application form email office@parapsychology.org. Remember that the Tart Student Incentive Award is for undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate students who have demonstrated a strong commitment to work within parapsychology. It is not a grant for student research in other disciplines.
